ate complete garbage today- had been doing so well. ugh. and im done w my calories and hungry. Sucks guess i get to drink water for dinner

don't punish yourself by not eating dinner. instead, have a huge bowl of greens, use "lite" salad dressing, like a balsamic vinaigrette. & have some chicken or turkey meat with it! we have to remember we're humans, we make mistakes, it happens & we must just pick up an continue on. not eating dinner may just make you hungrier. a big bowl of greens with some salad dressing should be around 60 calories if you use a very light dressing, (around 45 per 2 tablespoons), and 2 cups of spinach/ice-berg lettuce, (around 10 calories per 2 cups).

agreed...huge bowl of greens and a plain chicken breast...tomorrow is a new day

Just eat a sensible dinner and go on. If u punish urself for not eating you may binge eat and thenfeel even worse. Dont set urself up for failure and just move forward. You have been doing great, one day isnt hoing to ruin it, keep it up!

And your body will go into survival mode and start storing fat. You gotta eat.
