I ate alot yesterday and lots of unhealthy things so will do better today and try to have 1200-1400cal . writing it down here will hopefully keep me motivated to stick to it or atleast hold me accountable:-) My goal is to cut out sweets, chocolate etc. until easter! Then not go overboard but just enjoy a few chocolate eggs with my children as a treat. edit: I will be having the leftover fresh pasta for lunch because it's a shame to waste but will be keeping my portion size small and reasonable. Also I will start preparing myself a snack lunch box in the morning with all my planned snacks for the day to help keep my snacking in order! When my body has recovered from all the sugar I had yesterday I will go back to 1600-1800cal a day to determine my maintaining number for 52kg(give or take 500g).

Sometimes our desires get the best of us heheh :) Today there was a moment of panic when I was slightly hungry and I opened the refrigerator door and fixed my sight on a kit-kat chocolate bar that has been there for a long time. I quickly looked for something sweet and just put to dried apricots in my mouth lol. Speaking of which, I don't think I've logged those :P

Thanks! It gets much easier after the first two weeks. After that, you only really feel like eating them when you're hungry or so heheh :) During the first two weeks, the trick is telling yourself that you can eat candies when you want to and that you're just waiting for those two 7 day weeks to pass. At least that's what worked for me. The promise of sweets at the end of the effort lol. Basically fooling myself :) I couldn't just think that I would not eat sweets from that point on, that would be too hard and I probably wouldn't cope heheh. Always have a good variety of tasty fruit and other tasty natural foods available! :)
