I didn't have a scale while traveling. My exercise was good while gone, ran all my days elliptical for an hour one day and a lot of walking. My food was light I could have done better but also could have done much much worse. I'll wait till Monday to weigh in but Tuesday I leave again. I probably gained some weight but I'll keep working on it.
