January 14th (my 64th birthday) I decided to get serious again at taking the weight off. I didn't weigh myself until the January 20th. I've lost 2 lbs in 4 days, so I'm very happy about that. The major change in NO evening or late night snacking. I limit myself to "ONE" Zone bar a day. Initially I cut it into 16 pieces, so I could have a morsel to curb cravings. Now I can take a bite and put it down until later. I have 3 large mugs of tea during the day and maybe a smaller one (decaf) in the evening after dinner. Evening and late night it's 5 calorie gum or water. We have two meals a day, brunch and dinner.
