Ok, I need help. I got a salad for lunch. They gave me croutons. Should I pass on them?

ouch, the drama...pass and if you didn't maybe subtract something from dinner? But who am I to give advice :)

6 Croutons on a salad is 30 Calories. So count them and do the math and sometimes it is just easier NOT to eat them because they are so small but add up quick for calories. I personally Always take them OFF my salad!!

there were definitely more than six croutons.... I gave them up. plus they are carb and salt loaded.

Good for you! You didnt let the food rule you. You have the power as to what goes into your body, not the food. I'm proud of you. It wasnt about calories or carbs, it was whether or not you were going to commit to yourself!
