I've not been doing well the last couple of weeks! Tired from being shocked back into getting up early to get the kids to school, plus been a bit under the weather so my eating has gone a bit haywire. McDonald's for breakfast this morning, so I'll have to keep the rest of the day really low calorie to make up for it.
