OMG I'm eating tonite and I can't stop! This wedding planning is stressing me out so much. If I keep up at this rate I'll GAIN weight instead of losing weight before the wedding.

I have to keep reminding myself that this is a CHOICE that I'm making. I'm choosing to overeat instead of stopping and I can choose to stop.

I just realized that my weight is back to where I was just before mom died. It doesn't seem like much progress but it definitely feels like a step in the right direction!

I don't know why I don't feel thin like I did then... I guess I'm realizing how far I have to go.

The good news is that I bought some new summer pants - a size 10 and a size 8. I thought that by spring I'd fit in the 10's. Instead, the 10's fit me right now! I'm going to return them because hopefully by spring I'll be wearing a size 8! We'll see!

Every journey beings with a single step! :) I'm a stress eater too! I try to keep all my trigger foods out of the house. That way when I get stressed I only have fruits or veggies to eat! Good luck!
