Holy carbs and fat, Batman! I had to go into work right after class today. I forgot my snacks,lunch, and dinner so I had my husband bring them. But he didn't bring what I packed. He brought doubles of what he made himself. I was still grateful (and starving) so I ate it.
Then when I went to pick up the kids from my mother's, she had me try this Mac&Cheese that was sent straight from the devil disguised as an angel. Ok, she didn't really make me eat it. If I didn't know it was there, however, I would've been fine. Just a few bites, but I could tell it was pure delicious evil.
I am in my RDI but when I saw how much fat all of it contained... I just fell the calories could have been better spent if I weren't so forgetful.
