I decided that I am going to try to eat healthy and exercise regularly. The starvation diets just don't work. I am also going to cut all sugar, chips and sweets from my diet, only fruits and veggies and real food. I hope I would be able to keep this up. I don't have a problem during the day, my problem starts at 8 or 9 o clock. Then I would start eating and that is only sugars and junk. I cannot for the life of me eat before 11 or 12, so, I don't eat during the day. But then comes night time and Netflix. I am lying on my bed and just eating and watching movies. I am really desperate to loose some weight. I started gaining weight last year a month into lock down when I stopped smoking. I am really going to try harder. I cycle and run daily as well.
