Heeyyy!! What a sunny week! Exercise : good! Long jog Tuesday lunch time (1 hour); Spinning last night: 1 session and another 20 mins! Tomorrow : going diving with my club! Whoop whoop! Diet : errrrr....I did my best not too go OTT! I promise. But the week ain't over, mmmm...I'll get on the scales only Tuesday night! Give myself a chance to detox, cleanse Monday... I still have a good 8 weeks to reach 50% of my goals; but I am confident coz I am getting back into SHAPE! :-))
