I did my walk late today, my husband had jury court selection, which was from 8am until around 1pm. I went to court with him, thinking he would be done in a couple of hours at the most. My day is really behind now. Finished up some wash. Will fix my dinner and start my fast at 6pm. Went ,for evening walk today’s total 5.7 miles.
