so all through quarantine, a whole year to be exact, i went all the way to 275 then down to 232 and back up to 260. i was in a car accident. ive had alot of bad habits lately because im frustrated. i keep giving up. i gain weight when my meds get changed and i hate it. its so hard. today i start walking again and will be going back to the gym. i need to build my endurance back up.
