I've been doing pretty good staying within my point limits. I still have 3.5 weekly points left and today is the last day of the week! Yay!! I've been doing better by planning my meals ahead of time, then there is no impulsive snacking or gorging going on! I have been more active this week, I even went on a short walk on my lunch hour Friday! Yesterday, I spent most of the day cleaning the house and trying to get things back in order...it's been difficult working so much lately, the house suffers!

Goals: 1. Make good food choices each day and forgive myself when I make a poor choice.
2. Be active!
3. Lose 2 pounds a week - by April 6th lose 14 pounds!
