Today, im very sick with some kind of G.I bug. I feel nauseated. Any ideas on what to eat. And if I should eat at all? Im afraid to see it later... TMI... sorry. Anything to make me feel better?

Stay hydrated (water)! If you can muster the strength, a tomato consomme (something where you can control the sodium). Whole wheat crackers, dry cereal and bread good for nausea.

Bananas are easy things to eat when nauseous. Easy food on the gi tracts. Feel better!

For stomach illnesses, most docs recommend the BRAT diet: Bananas, Rice, Applesauce and Toast... it helps provide a wide variety of nutrients (including Potassium) and settles things. I hope you feel better soon! Nice big drop in weight -- I hope that's not from your bug. Get well soon!

Thank you so much for all your help. I took the advice. Im feeling so much better. Still groggy but better. Rob the weight drop is from my first 5 days of cutting my carbs. I was very surprised! I must say I didnt expect to lose weight like that :-)
