Planned Exercise: planned 33 squats (challenge), crunches, jumping jacks Gratitude: Having a day off with my husband...relaxing...(all that yard work got me pretty sore, needed to recuperate. I'm kinda glad it snowed, so I wasn't tempted to do more)

Planned Exercise: squats, 8 hours of housework (scrubbed floors by hand!) Gratitude: I am grateful for my strength and determination, so that I can get difficult jobs done. Now if I can just apply that to loosing weight!
