Good good: good jog this lunch time; 3 laps of the park and back (5 kms in total); swimming pool tonight : swimming and diving with the club (for about 1h30).
I'll try to stay motivated and go for another jog tomorrow lunch time and Friday lunch time. If I can keep my weeks at this level of exercise, that would be fantastic for my goals!
