Well, I have been looking around at daycares for my son. I think I have decided on one but still waiting to get an exact date on when I will start my new adventure. Grandma was rushed to the ER on Monday night, vomiting and blood, but she is better now and going back to the rehab center today. But now they have extended her stay there and will not be released until March 6th. So, I need to make a decision on when to start my son in daycare. I want to start a few days early to help get him adjusted before I leave him there 9 hours a day 5 days a week. saying that makes me sad. All that time someone else will be with my child. :( Diet has been ok, I HAVE to get back to my workouts. Taking a few days off just made me so lazy! Mama Cobra: I WILL WORK OUT TONIGHT!! :)

I was told that the kids that go part time to daycare/dayschool are the happiest so it probably is a good idea to start him out 3 days a week, or half days?? are half days possible?? then he can make the change to full days easier, you have a great plan with that. It's easy to see that you are a smart mom. Im sorry about your grandma, I hope she she is doing okay

Janelleas: I can take him whatever hours I want, but still have to pay the full amount. And part time is $30 a day, so if I took him 3 days, i might as well go ahead and pay for the week($120), ya know. Nothing is affordable anymore. Oh well. I know he will be happy once he adjusts. And my in-laws both just recently retired so I know they will get him early some days, especially in the beginning. It's just hard to let go.

thats terrible, when mine were young they had "part time" fees. Too bad.
