Super frustrated. I have been at the same weight for 3 days now. Ever since I had my cheat day because of our day-long meetings. I wish I never would have eaten that crap; I should have left during lunch and gotten something different. I didn't even feel like cheating on my diet that day. Well, you live you learn. I made some kick-ass gumbo yesterday that was an Abs Diet recipe and it was GOOD although took a lot of effort & time to prepare.
