Yup, there it is, my all new lowest weight! 136! I havent seen that weight since i was about 3 months pregnant! (i put on weight insanely fast, i started at about 128) I took my measurements this morning, waist is 28.5" hips are 37" chest is 39"
I dont remember what my last measurements were tho, i'll have to go find them in my journal.
SO i'm feeling pretty awesome today, i even avoided gorging on our office breakfast feast by bringing a peanut butter and banana sandwich for breakfast instead. Tho i did have a glass of lemonade...
So whatever it is that i am suddenly doing right, I definitley need to keep it up. I dont know if its my new meatless diet or that i havent had a drop of alcohol in 3 weeks, but its working! :)
