dinner yang kemaleman dan lebih kaya breakfast. sebenernya udah gak lapar (iyalah baru makan besar tadi wkwk) cuma mau gimana harus tetep makan. ini pake whey protein + chia + almond + vco biar mantap wkwk biar makan sedikit tapi high calories
