Delighted with my weight loss today, particularly because this Easter weekend has been so tempting.
So that is just short of 1 kg for the first week of our challenge. On track!
81.5 kg Lost so far: 7.5 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
