I love to exercise now. It took years to fall in love with it and dieting and food journaling. I had totally dedicated my life to fitness to get fit and healthy. No matter the bad negative comments folks try to give me I will always combat it with positive thinking and kill them with kindness. Its grind time y'all! Let's get pumpin!

That’s so great! Exercise CAN be enjoyable despite everyone who says otherwise. I mean, I don’t like running, but I love yoga and walking my dog. Yoga counts as exercise, too. I do a more vigorous form called power yoga, and for those who say you don’t sweat from yoga, think again. Sometimes my heart’s pounding so much I can feel it in my teeth.
