I used the recipe from Cookies and Kate, but I left out the olive oil as I cannot eat olive oil some some reason. Recipe is: *1.5 cups cooked chickpeas/ or 1 can (I cooked my own)
* 1/4 cup lemon juice
* 1 medium/large chopped garlic clove
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
*1/2 cup tahini (got mine at woolies)
* 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
* cold water as needed
*1 tablespoon olive oil (Which I left out)
I chucked everything thing in a bowl and blended it with my stick blender....mine came out very firm...will add more lemon juice and water next time. I also froze portions and it thawed just fine. I also only used the recipe as a road map....so the quantities can be adjusted

Thank you for sharing. It sounds tasty and easy enough to prepare😊. And I also didn't know that one can put it in the freezer, so thanks for that tip😉. Will try it soon.
