Not too surprised but I expect to recoup soon. I woke up feeling really blech today; not sure if I'm getting sick or what. However, I'm going to try taking it easy and use this as a reminder to pay attention to my appetite. I had been slacking in that regard and it's not helping matters any. Today my appetite is almost non existent, which is unusual for me. I'm trying to make sure that I don't force myself to eat, but that I get some nutrients in me for staying power. DEFINITELY I am working on drinking more water. Hydration and good sleep at night have been areas where I've been struggling more, but largely ignoring until now. Seems my body is trying to remind me that those are important, go figure. So rest and hydrate, those are my objectives today. Stay well all and happy spring! (The weather has been having a sense of humor/ irony over here. It had been warming up, but then a few days after the vernal equinox we get a dusting of snow for several hours Monday night into yesterday. No real accumulation this time. Even the kids are tired of the snow days in my state. :P Looking forward to warmer days to come.)
