Hello and Happy Sunday FS!
Down today! Yeah! And, I am loving it! I’m so excited that I am still feeling motivated and positive. I haven’t picked a program yet but I am watching my calories yet still eating what I like. It’s working so far. Hubby is still losing and watching too. He’s pretty active even though he had a stroke in 2017 that affected his right side. He loves to ride his recumbent trike. He’s hoping that dropping some weight will help his knees. I just walk and do water aerobics. Well, gotta go! Grand baby visiting today!! So excited! She’s almost 9 months and I love her to the moon and back!
