I started 1 hour jogging at 8km/hr yesterday. I think that already started to work. If i can maintain that, it will give me 1 pound less each week.
Running requires a lot of perseverance. I hate it, but I like that type of challenge.
64.0 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 7.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
