I am a total cheese addict. Happy to give up carbs but that haha. But yes it does help for protein and fat. How's your journey going so far??

I did my first weigh in this moriing and lost 2.2kgs in my first week... I am really happy with those results in 7 days (I cheated one day with loads of sushi so I dont think I reached ketosis yet) but just cutting out carbs out of my week already made a huge differnce. I am really training hard in the gym aswell sobI expect to start loosing weight slower after a month because Im focusing on building mucsle more than I am doing Cardio ( I do about 30 min cardio everyday to burn about 200 cals and then 40min-60min hitting the weights. Muscle mass may start to make loosing weight more difficult after 3 more weeksvbut atleast I will see it in centimeters.. I am seposed tobtake before pictures and post it here but I am really shy about howvmy body currently looks... its not THAT bad butits the woest I looked in years.. The other struggle is getting my macros right for keto.. i eatvtovmuch protein about 36% and fats about 60%

Wow that's a really great loss! Well damn done. Re macros.. Honestly some days are a miss and others a hit, I TRY not to take it too seriously. Hard training also means you need a bit more protein. Not sure if you like butter but Kerrygold is a great way to up fats and tastes lekker melted over anything.
