Diet's been going good. I just hope I can keep from comfort eating, like I wanted to do today. Can't have a repeat of the Christmas holidays were I gained almost half my weight back.
If only I didn't eat when stressed I wouldn't have any problems. Since I stay stressed all I want to do is eat.
