Mondays I bartend for 7 and a half hours Id say thats exercise lol however there isnt an option for bartending in the exercise log on fat secret, but deskwork and sitting is in there...weird lol I work at chilis and let me tell you there is nothing on that menu remotely healthy... i didnt do too bad today went over a little bit, but I am still under FS recommended RDI so I am good. alright I am still tired from this weekend so good night my fellow fat secret friends ttyl :)
