THABK YOU!!! For 2: 1lb.Brussels sprouts, 8 strips bacon, 3 shallots, lemon zest, 1lb basil gnocchi.

The gnocchi are from Aldis, it was a meal for 3, not 2. Aroung 450 calories.

I would definitely eat that. I buy brussels sprouts weekly and either roast 'em or eat them raw (straight or in a slaw). I don't eat a lot of pasta but I haven't officially sworn off it or anything. I like to eat a lot of food and tend toward less calorie dense options.
