早午餐⋯继续做事等待⋯11点开吃~其实刚起床会饥饿,过了一杯咖啡时间就没感觉了,旅馆没办法减碳,就持续168吧⋯⋯祈祷🙏今天别再给我炒饭(米粉)了🤣

@tomoko sun 也不是說討厭啦,只是在減醣,所以澱粉能不吃就盡量避免,真的避不開就加減吃一點,少吃就好😆
