Awal2 LBH ke cardio ya..treadmill dr ½jam sampe dah 1½-2jam seminggu 5x..
Trus ada juga aku pke dumble 5kg..kdg plank jg..kdg aerobik diyutub...terkdg pke alat juga power squat..SM abdominal itu yg dibelakang foto..Mayan itu buat latihan beban nya otot lengan paha dan perut berasa bgt
