Day 7 of Workouts....
**MORNING WORKOUT** 1.) Jillian Michaels' "30 Day Shred" w/ 3, 5, & 8 lb. weights (I find that I get dizzy after going from abs or arms on the floor and then standing up to do the next exercise. Never fails with this workout.) 2.) "5 Minute Arms"...but only managed to do about 2-3 minutes of it. 3.) 5 minutes of Leslie Sansone's "3 Mile Walk"
