I am disappointed with myself as I expect to eat less and better. I have had a few bad food days this past week. Knowing that I am going to New Orleans this weekend where the food is very unhealthy. I have to watch out for my heart. Last night was the first time in months I was awakend by my heart racing. It is annoying and a bit frightening. I miss my 20 something body. I am even missing my early 30's body. I have to focus and do better.
