Really random question but does taking supplements break my fast ? From what I understand anything with calories breaks it but this doesn’t state any calories anywhere online or the bottle ? (These are great for hair btw)

I watched that Dr.Berg video yesterday and thats what he said. However any supps like DHA can and some multi vitamins also can. See Thomas DeLauer you tube vids.
