賽百味加無糖豆漿 今天跟教練說不大舒服 強度不要太強 有減輕 拉繩深蹲跳 拉繩弓箭步交互跳 弓箭步單手戰繩 滾輪拉力繩練手 平躺雙腳45度上下 交叉 今天不跑步了😅😅😅
