I’m so bad. I don’t eat enough durning the day (breakfast and lunch) then by supper I’m starving. I need balance!!!!

Do you snack though? I try to have a banana, an apple, and an orange every day, one at each snack. They are naturally sweet so I don’t feel deprived of sugar. The banana is fairly filling; if you have it an hour or so before supper your hungry might be eased enough to make portion control at that meal a bit easier.

I do often eat fruit or veggies as an afternoon snack. I’m sure it’s partially my mind that says I am starving not my body🤷‍♀️ I have added some oats to my breakfast (breakfast is when I am the least hungry, try to make myself eat something) really working on balance
