昨天练体能,时隔半年,教练发现不管叫我做什么都没法把我虐趴了哈哈哈哈哈哈哈😄,今天久违的全身酸痛,但依然要按计划去做力量举训练;然后去剪头发,到家又饿的半死了,于是就失控了……超大盘………😣
