my weight loss diet had slipped into maintenance. more snacks with calories. I'll stay in maintenance mode for another week while I take my first post vaccine trip. I will return to weight loss and aim for another 5 pounds of weight loss next week. or more. we'll see what a week of travel does to my maintenance diet.

And the occasional beer or drink. Not much, but more than in a weight loss diet that works for me. I know my body is still remodeling and I look forward to remodeling it more plus losing a few more pounds from my frame. It's a long - life long - plan.
