Ini nugget tempe ayam, lumayan booster protein sekaligus kalori 😁
-ayam 150 gram
-tempe 300 gram
-telur 1 biji
-daun bawang
-bawang putih 20 gram
-1sdm saus tiram
-30 gram tepung terigu
-garam
-merica
-masako/kaldu jamur
Kukus tempe selama 10 menit, hancurkan, haluskan bawang putih campur, tambahkan bahan² lainnya, cicipi rasa, kukus kembali kedalam cetakan. Dinginkan, potong, masukan kedalam frezer.
