Wow. 2195 calories and my food journal looks so puny. Compared to my 1500 calorie days that I plan, it is obviously a rip-off.
On the bright side, at one time that would've been a routine day for me. So I am not going to let it bum me out tonight... Although, that could just be the Merlot taking ;-P
