I know it doesn't probably look like I have much to worry about since my goal is 155 and I have been sticking around the same weight # wise for quite some time now, BUT the problem is not the # on the scale, it is the measurements of my body and body fat that have changed so much since my working out has declined so much.....I fee like I have gained 20 pounds!!! There are parts of my body that have changed so much, and it's not for the better ;) I really have to step it up, or stop complaining....I'm the one that has to choose to take the steps! I am seriously thinking that I am so scared to fail, after I had accomplished so much, that I am terrified to go at it again only to FAIL AGAIN!!
