Down a bit, yeah!
Had a very filling dinner last night, all good stuff, but wasn’t sure how the scale would respond. Mojo Chicken with black beans and avocado. Yummy!
Did a little over 10,000 steps again. My pup, Lacy, revolted. Sat her little butt down and refused to move very few steps in. Had to take her back home to continue.
