This is such a delicious lunch when the tomatoes are really ripe. Homemade sourdough, sliced tomato, extra virgin olive oil and a chiffonade of fresh basil. Under 150cals and fills me up until dinner.

You probably have wrong calculations of calories, 1 regular slice of this type of bread 170 calories + 1 teaspoon of olive oil 40 calories = 210
