I know you're not supposed to get on the scale everyday, but I wanted to see if yesterday's victory was going to be short lived... AND I was 189.2 this morning! Oh yeah baby - I'm on to something.

I've been really bad about logging my calories, but I'm still counting. I'm kinda trying to see how I do by mentally watching for a week or two. I will be on vacation for two weeks this month - I want to control my intake without counting all day, or maintaining a log. I think that I can do it.

I saw a girlfriend last night at the theater. While I was talking, she stopped me to say, "I'm sorry, I'm so distracted by how different you look, that I haven't heard the last minute of what you said. You look amazing!" YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I shouldn't need comments like that to make me feel good - I don't really even know how to handle them.... but it does make me feel awesome.

That's terrific! Sounds like you've had quite a few little victories recently. It's great when people notice - reinforces all of your hard work. Keep it up! :-)

Ooh that's wonderful! What has been your daily calorie goal during your drop? And your exercise routine? I want to make sure I'm on track by following the RDI from FS.

The guideline that I've been using for calories is 7x my weight. So I'm trying to stay under 1400 calories right now. I always get at least 1200 calories at a minimum. As for exercise, I'm ashamed to admit that I really don't have any routine. I try to be mobile, park in the back of the lot, little things like that. I don't go to the gym, I don't seem to make the time ever.
