LOL the mac n cheese that I recorded as my lunch is not something I think is healthy It was actually my sons lunch that he didnt eat and snacked on the left overs so I had to record it therefore I cant eat again until dinner my lack of self control is punishing me lol. Lessoned learned because I am hungry :) I have always had a bad habit of picking on food just because its there and my son is two and wastes everything sooooooooooo just something Ill have to get over..I dont know why I do it its not like what I feed him is anything Id even want to eat well bye bye fellow FS buddies
