If you have been eating the same calories try having a day or 2 in the week where you go over like 100 or 200 calories over. That'll help your body readjust

Good job! A pound in a week isn’t a plateau TBH. That’s a loss! A lot of people expect to lose weight so quickly, but that’s not always sustainable.
