I think I'm going back to Atkins. When my cholestrol was up to 300 in the fall, I slowly reverted to WW and tried to be somewhat careful with carbs. My weight has stayed the same; however, I am craving food again. So yesterday, I decided to go back. This time I will try to be a little more careful on the meat products and other high cholestrol foods.
