Pretty much recovered from the mono, so no excuse other than laziness. Need to hit it again. I've lost a little, but I'm not sure why. I'm always a little careful of what I eat, but I haven't kept to any 'diet' and I've done very little exercise. If I keep this up, the scale is going to start going in the wrong direction.
