I changed my goal weight to 175. I like what K8yk said about just doing 5 pounds at a time. I'm not going to say that I want to get to to a certain weight that is like 50 pounds away, everytime I look at the chart it is quite intimidating actually. So now, new goal weight! I will change it when I reach it, that is if I don't stay at 180.5 for the rest of my life. JK
I am going to start logging the water that I drink. I'll try anyway. I probably only drink 16-20 oz of actual water a day, and I definitely need more so maybe if I log it I will remember to drink more.
